With My docomo, you can easily confirm your usage status and manage your contract plan. The app provides detailed insights into your daily and monthly data communication, including the total for the current month's packet pack and remaining data before speed throttling. Additionally, it displays the usage amount and your customer's contract plan. A convenient login feature streamlines access by eliminating the need to enter your d account credentials repeatedly. You can also manage multiple accounts, with support for up to 20 profiles.

User Support and Notifications

The app provides access to frequently asked questions and support service information to assist you with any inquiries. It ensures that you are notified when your available data for the month is running low, helping you avoid unexpected charges. Furthermore, you can link directly to a data traffic addition option and a data traffic confirmation site, giving you more control over your data consumption. My docomo also features a widget for displaying charges and communication amounts, with automatic updates running in the background.

Security and Compatibility

Security is a priority with a passcode lock feature that prevents unauthorized use. However, it's important to note that some devices, like the Rakuraku Smartphone Series released before January 2017, are not supported.
